Docks
Q. Will interior lot owners have boat slips?
A. Yes. The developer has filed and received permits for the construction of a 24 slip marina. Lot owners (1-24) will receive boat slips as an appurtenance to their lot at closing.
Q. What are the sizes of the marina boat slips?
A. Slips 1-17 are 11’ x 30’
Slip 18 is 11’ x 21’
Slips 20-22 are 11’ x 29’
Slips 23-24 is 12’ x 29’
Q. Can waterfront lot owners have their own docks?
A. Yes. Waterfront lot owner (25-43) will be able to permit private docks. Each dock must not exceed the requirements imposed by regulatory agencies. In addition, the design of each dock shall require the approval of the DRB.
Q. What is the typical water depth at the GLP marina?
A. The water depth for each of the slips is approximately 4 feet.
Q. Are boat lifts allowed at slips?
A. Yes. Boat lifts must meet the architectural requirements of the DRB.
Q. Can slips be rented?
A. No. Leasing or subleasing of slips shall be prohibited.
Amenities
Q. Will Grand Lagoon Pointe have a community pool and pavilion?
A. Yes. Located within the amenity island, GLP will have a HOA controlled community pool and pavilion with restrooms, lockers, mailboxes and summer kitchen. In addition, the pool and pavilion will be attractively landscaped and fenced.
Q. Will Grand Lagoon Pointe have any distinguishing features?
A. Yes. GLP will have tropical landscaping and unique paver accents at the gated entry, along right-of-ways and in common areas. Also, an open-space lawn within the amenity island will serve as the neighborhood's playground.
Utilities
Q. Will Grand Lagoon Pointe have underground utilities?
A. Yes. All utilities including power, cable, phone and storm water drainage will be located underground in the ROW
Q. Will GLP be connected to a sewer system or require septic tanks?
A. GLP will have a private lift station connected to municipal waste water system.
