Q. Will Grand Lagoon Pointe have a Homeowners Association?
A. Yes. Grand Lagoon Pointe Homeowners Association will have all the common law and statutory powers, authority and privileges generally granted to corporations not for profit under the laws of the State of Florida.
Q. Will Grand Lagoon Pointe have a Design Review Board to insure architectural standards and quality construction?
A. Yes. Lot owners must obtain approval from the Design Review Board prior to any site work or the construction of any structures.
Q. Can any contractor build a home in Grand Lagoon Pointe?
A. No. Only builders who are appropriately licensed construction contractors who are currently approved by the Design Review Board shall be allowed to build within Grand Lagoon Pointe.
Docks
Q. Can waterfront lot owners have their own docks?
A. Each waterfront lot owner will be able to apply for private docks. Each dock must not exceed the requirements imposed by regulatory agencies. In addition, the design of each dock shall require the approval of the Design Review Board.
Q. Will interior lot owners have access to the lagoon?
A. Grand Lagoon Pointe, LLC, the developer, has filed for permits for two homeowner association owned docks that could be utilized by interior lot owners for boat storage.
Amenities
Q. Will Grand Lagoon Pointe have a community pool and pavilion?
A. Yes. Located within the amenity island, Grand Lagoon Pointe will have a homeowner association controlled community pool and pavilion with restroom and summer kitchen. In addition, the pool and pavilion will be attractively landscaped and fenced.
Q. Will Grand Lagoon Pointe have any distinguishing features?
A. Yes. Grand Lagoon Pointe will have tropical landscaping and unique paver accents at the gated entry, along right-of-ways and in common areas. Also, an open-space lawn within the amenity island will serve as the neighborhood's playground
Utilities
Q. Will Grand Lagoon Pointe have underground utilities?
A. Yes. All utilities including power, cable, phone and storm water drainage will be located underground in the right-of-ways.
Q. Will Grand Lagoon Pointe be connected to a municipal sewer system or require septic tanks?
A. Grand Lagoon Pointe will have municipal sewer and water systems.
